New Research and Development Centre located in Glasgow City Centre. The top-down floorplan features a continuous internal ramp which mirrors the natural development that a start-up experiences as it goes from idea to product to presentation.

We developed a new concept for living and working at home that utilises lightweight modular construction to create easily adaptable homes. This three/four-bedroom concept features 20 modular cubes and 162sqm of floorspace.

Concept for a new type of Urban Development on a brownfield site in the Merchant City. Utilising lightweight, adaptable construction, this modular mixed-use development would eventually house up to 500 residents alongside retail and small businesses.

Modular City is a concept we developed based on the ideals of ultra-liberal capitalism, where people and business can thrive in an adaptable, modular, sustainable, city neighbourhood.
